This is my first ever blog. So I decided to start with my m.a.c lipstick collection. Please leave a comment and i'd love to check out any of yall's blog.
These three lipstick are part of the permanent line at m.a.c
From L to R: Pink Pearl Pop, Cockney, Rebel
Pink Pearl Pop is a cremesheen. Cremesheens are my second favorite finish from m.a.c. It's creamy and glides smoothly on the lips. its a very beautiful pink color. Gives a nice flush of color to your lips. The only problem with cremesheens is that they don't last very long. Maybe 2-3 hours on my lips before I have to reapply.
Cockney is a lustre. Lustres are my third favorite finish. It feels really nice on the lips. Doesn't settle into lip lines and it has a glossy sheen to it so it looks like you're wearing gloss when you really aren't. The design on cockney is limited edition :( but the color is part of the permanent line. Cockney is red but if you look super close it has subtle red shimmer.
Rebel is a satin finish. It's actually the first m.a.c product I've purchased. It's a great lipstick for people that like berry color on their lips. Satin finishes are semi-matte but are still creamy. I like to use a lip balm underneath. Lasts around 4-5 hours on my lips.

Moxie is a matte finish. Matte finishes aren't glossy whatsoever and they can settle into lip lines and show any imperfections. I like to use a lip balm with this one aswell because they you wont see any imperfections or lip lines which is good. I love this color with a neutral eye. Its a reddish pink. Almost forgot to mention, this came out with the MAC by request collection. Another color that came out with the collection was candy yum-yum and that color is now permanent.
Devil's Food is a frost finish. Personally i'm not a huge fan of frost finish and not a fan of this color. It goes on patchy and it just doesn't flatter me at all. This came out with the baking beauty collection about 3 weeks ago.
Girl Next Door is a lustre finish. I like how it goes on smoothly and its not patchy but i'm having a hard time liking this color. Just because it doesnt show up, it's almost like a clear lipstick with hints of pink on me.
Last but not least the last lipstick I have is Eloquent Air. It's a glaze finish. Glaze are sheer but buildable. This is a silver but you can layer it on top of another lipstick. This came out with the glitter and ice collection back in 2011.
